I started Good Friend Inspections in 2015 with the mission of providing my clients with clear information essential for making a well informed decision about the purchase of a property.
I take pride in my ability to provide clear, concise information to my clients, and taking the time to do so. It is an important part of my service to follow-up and clarify my findings until all your questions have been addressed.
Qualifications
Thomas W Nason is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Tom is well versed in residential construction methods and building codes. Tom has a bachelors of science degree in Engineering, and a masters degree in Business.
Prior to founding Good Friend Inspections, Tom applied his skills in structural design and analysis, foundation construction, aerospace and machine design.
